Term Of Services
Before commissioning me, keep in mind that all of these terms will be deemed to be well understood by both parties (you, as commissioner and me, as an artist) so don't forget to make sure to read it.
Some terms here may vary slightly depending on the type of commission. Incase you want to change any terms, please inform me before I start on your commission.
I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason. However, you can check what I will draw or will not draw down below. (And if you are not sure, don't hasitate to ask me!)
Prices will be depending on details and amount of time I took to finished the piece.
I accept THB (Thai bath). The money can only be paid through PayPal or any Thai payment service.
Commissions will be paid by at least 40% upfront from the price. First 40% must be paid after sketch approved and 60% after the piece is finished. Buyer has 3 days to pay each round. Time can be change if you want.
I take 3 Days - 2 weeks to complete 1 art depending on various factors and if anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know asap.
The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission
You can change some major details 3 times for free and will include extra charge if more changes are to be made. However, for some minor details or mistakes made by me, there will be no additional charge.
The buyer is allowed to use the commissioned piece for personal use. And for commercial, the price will be charge more 70% of the price.
The buyer is not allowed to sell commissioned art at all as NFT or be used for AI generators in any cases.
You may not claim the artwork as your own.
I have the right to post the finished work on my social media, live stream the process of drawing your mission on my twitch. If you don't wan that please inform me asap.
You will receive the artwork in high-resolution png format.
If you encounter with any problems please tell me right away so we can find a solution together.
